「超重症児」「超重症者」と呼ばれる
多くの医療的ケアの必要な最重度の
障害をお持ちの方々は”少数派”である
ことから医療や障害福祉制度だけでなくコミュニティからもとりこぼされて
しまうことが多くあります
わたしたちは彼らの存在に光を当て
その声に耳を傾け
彼らが人生の主体としてオリジナルの
人生を歩むことができるよう
どんないのちも等しく尊いものとして
大切にされる地域社会をつくることが

わたしたちは障害者権利条約を大切にしています
Protecting the integrity of the person
個人をそのままの状態で保護すること
全ての障害者は、他の者との平等を基礎として
その心身がそのままの状態で
尊重される権利を有する
Every person with disabilities has a right to respect for his or her physical and mental integrity on an equal basis with others.
必要としうる支援の水準や形態にかかわらず
全ての障害者の自律、意思及び選好を尊重する
支援を受けて意思決定する仕組みを設置すること
Establish supported decision-making mechanisms that
respect the autonomy,
will and preferences of all persons with disabilities,
regardless of the level or mode of support that they may require.

自立した生活及び地域社会への包容
障害者が居住地及びどこで誰と地域社会に
おいて生活するかを選択する機会を確保し
グループホームを含む特定の生活施設で
生活する義務を負わず
障害者が自分の生活について
選択及び管理することを可能にすること

Ensure that persons with disabilities have the opportunity to choose their place of residence and where and with whom they live in the community and are not obliged to live in a particular living arrangement, including group homes, and enable persons with disabilities to exercise choice and control over their lives.
